Does anyone know of a company that specializes in cleaning and sanitizing mattresses and furniture from dust mites and other bacteria? I have a friend that’s allergic to them and I knew of one company that specialized in this called Green Cleaners Company but they shut down awhile back.

Sorry for your friend, as me myself i`m allergic to dust mites. Unfortunately even if you sterilize yours mattress will not help much. You`ll get them back in your bed in few weeks time. As a short term solution, you can find in Lulu Hypermarket (4th ring & qurain ones) a special Bed Spray for Dust Mites& Bed Bugs (is white written in blue), change and wash (at 70-80 degree) all the bed&pillow sheets weekly. Long term solution start vaccination in Al Rashid Allergology Hospital. I`m already past 2 years on vaccine and symptoms are gone.

even matress protector works.. canon’s matress protector worked well for us.it has a layer of plastic which keeps the dust mites and bed bugs away.

Let them inspect the site and give you an estimation based on the size of the place and the extent of the infestation. Based on this you can arrange the time for spraying.
There solution did work in my case. But my personal suggestion is that one should leave the premises for the day, for the spray to effective work. You will also need a thorough cleaning of the place once everything clears up.
You could jus go to ace hardware and get the spray for bugs….its the best..works well…..not harmfull to humans….jus follow the instructions on the bottle…..it jus cost 6kd something..if u get the companys to do it they put a lot of water and not very effective…in a hour ur mattress is free of any insects….all the best

Take it from me who has had personal experience with a bed bug issue at my own home: dont try to fix this on your own, and there are alot of companies out there that do provide services..however Not all of them are good..i tried 3 companies before i was able to finally get rid of the bed bugs issue I had at home..i tried to spray myself using a spray I got from Ace hardware store and it didnt work.

Hi m, I just wanted to know one thing. I can’t get rid of these things but can’t see them. How to know if u have these buggers. I searched the bed many a time. It’s covered in plastic.

Chem-Dry was the first company I contacted to get rid of my bed bugs issue..I contacted them when the problem was new and not really severe..they came and they sprayed my whole house..but unfortunately it was useless cuz the problem became worse afterwards..so I dont reccomment Chem dry 🙁

and how can I know if I have bed bugs or bacteria? I keep on hearing that they do exist all of the time but i’m not sure about that. Any advise?
Bed bugs are small blood sucking insects..they feed on human blood..this problem is becoming more common in Kuwait, I suffered from this issue in my own bed..and I wish I knew where i got it from cuz my whole bedroom was just a year old and from IKEA..so its kinda hard to believe that ikeas furniture could be infected with bed bugs..its easily contagious from one home to another, so people who have bed bugs think that by moving homes the problem could go are wrong.
Ways to know if you have bed bugs:
1. Itching and possible rashes caused by the itching
2. If you think the problem is in your bed, when you wake up in the morning check to see if there are any blood stains in your bedsheet
3. Flip your mattress upside down and inspect it and inspect the mulla of your bed..bed bugs like to live in wood
Bed bugs are small brown-reddish bugs..once they feed on human blood they can go one whole year without any food..if you see bugs that are light coloured or white then that means that they are still ‘babies’.
My apologies for the details..but cuz I suffered from this problem for many months, I know what it was like and trust me its not pleasant at all..my advise is to get rid of the problem as soon as you suspect anything.

But, I am eager to find out how you got rid of the Bed Bug PROBLEM!!, coz I have had it…sleepless nights…waking up itching 2 in the morning to find out bugs crawling on me, the pillows and bedsheets.!! IT’S HORRIFIC. 🙁
