I just got back from having dinner at Dai Forni, the new Italian restaurant at the newly opened Four Seasons Hotel. The hotel just opened up a couple of days ago along with the restaurants Dai Forni, Elements, Al Bandar and Al Soor lobby lounge.
Dai Forni is currently fully booked for the next 5 days because of Eid, but you could call and reserve spots for after Eid. Sintoho the Pan-Asian restaurant is still not open for now but will be opening in the next 2-3 weeks.
Four Seasons is located in Kuwait City opposite Discovery Mall [Google Maps] and their instagram account is @fskuwait. Their phone number is 22006000.

What is the price range? How was the taste?
Price is in the upper scale, most dishes were between 6-10kd, with a few over 10. The stuff I tried was good, but didn’t have anything that was like a must have. Will be heading back after Eid to try some more stuff off the menu.
I hope you make a full on conventional review next time where you showcase what you ordered and rate different aspects to what the restaurant is good/bad at.
yup i will, last night i was just enjoying the company of my friends. i’ll go back after eid probably during the day and do a proper review
Not gonna lie, Starbucks is what I’m excited about.
what the hell is dai fomi?!
I suppos it’s fully booked because the owners are sending invitations for publicity?!
It’s fully booked cuz it just opened and it’s in the Four Seasons
Who cares if its opened or if its in the Four Seasons? its not like there is shortage of restaurants.
Who cares…? and why do they care?
You don’t live in Kuwait so obviously it’s not gonna matter to you. And yes we do have a shortage of high end restaurants including Italian and Asian.
I went last week and really enjoyed it. I have to say the little pasta “purse” with spinach ricotta and asparagus/peas inside was delicious. The Wagyu beef was also outstanding. I hate pink beef that is all leaky and bloody, but this wasn’t and it was so tender. We were a large group trying several different items so the chef came out and carved and plated the beef at our table. It was a very nice touch. Of course that wouldn’t happen if only one person ordered. The wood fired pizza was nice as well. There is definitely a lack of “proper” Italian restaurants in Kuwait. This is high-end though, not “spaghetti and meatballs like mama used to make”.
Sintoho is now open
Tried it but I felt the prices were expensive and the food was average.
