Even though the MOI website looks like it was designed by a high school student back in 1998, it still gets updated every so often with new features. The latest feature added to the website is the ability for tourists visiting Kuwait to apply for a visa online (eVisa). There is a very short list on the website of nationalities that can use this service, but those nationalities should find this service useful since it will speed up the entry process. Here is the direct link to the eVisa page [Link]

Aiyyo, no India on the list. Do you have info on how/why these nationalities are allowed and the others disallowed?
Why do u think India should be in arrival list? Are they on any visa arrival list in any GCC countries? Be grateful. Indians get tourist visa within 5 minutes of application in passport centers. What else…
There are lots of restrictions on visit visas (should be born before 1st Jan1951). Why not introduce an insurance scheme
(Oops. It had showed the comment didn’t upload the first time.)
Why are even those nationalities in the list when if not all most them have visa on arrival.
Because these are the nationalities that can get tourist visas. previously these nationalities had to arrive to the airport and apply for a tourist visa on arrival but now they can save time and apply for it online before arriving to Kuwait.
On the first page, there’s a list of Nationalities that are eligible. However, when you go to the application for a tourist visa – the Nationality drop down menu shows all (possibly 200+) countries in the world.
Why not just keep the same list retained and avoid confusion?
Probably so they can reject your application for not paying attention to the first page.
Yeah, say that to the Afghans or Pakistanis who might get their hopes high and give it a shot lol 🙂
Pakistanis nd afghani are mujrims and Taleban lol
you seem really educated.
Folks, any fees to pay upon arrival or at the time of applying?
People, just respect and follow each countries laws. Don’t complain about why or why not, its not going to fix anything. Each country bases their laws on the security and safety of its country and people. Every country has its laws towards Visas now a days, and we can not blame them for trying to keep their nations safe and stable.
Thank You, and may God bless us all !
