Vapers can rejoice, according to the official customs instagram account, it is now legal to import vapes and their juices into Kuwait. Not sure if this means vape bars will start popping up all around Kuwait but at least current prices of vapes and juices should drop since it’s a lot easier now to bring the stuff into Kuwait.
Also who knew customs had an instagram account? And I love how they posted a picture of a shipment of vapes and juices they had confiscated and then a few hours later post that its now legal. Check out their instagram account [Here]

Here’s the absolutely hilarious part which you didn’t mention.
– E-cigarettes are still BANNED to import or sell.
– E-shisha is legal to import and sell.
– Vape juice is legal to import and sell.
So basically a large e-cigarette with mods is legal, but a small e-cigarette is still illegal (twice confirmed by MOH, which still has no opinion on e-shisha which is why its legal).

The law is retarded, regardless of the debate about safety. Its basically saying blue and green colored e-cigs are allowed, but red and black are illegal.
There isn’t a law, it’s a legal grey zone. E-cigs are still unregulated.

Well its not banned anymore, nor are the huge modified e-cigarettes that they are calling e-sheesha. Only the small e-cigarettes that give off a fraction of the vape of the ‘e-sheesha’ are banned. Vape juice, which is use by all sizes of e-cigarettes is not banned. Nuts!

Why are you posting this? This is irrelevant:
– This document was published before the Harvard study, and does not take into account presented therein.
– This document focuses on how e-sigs effect traditional tobacco smokers; quitting rates, adoption rates, and other correlations that concern the two demographics.
– This document only states that e-sigs are less harmful that their traditional counterpart. They even state that e-sigs are not completely safe, and that effects on bystanders are unknown.
Lastly, this isn’t even a research paper; it’s something published without peer review. This doesn’t necessarily invalidate what it sets forth, however it lacks the scrutiny necessary for it to be a credible source.

Diacetyl is also found in nicotine and in larger quantities my friend. Bark up another tree.
Diacetyl is organic substance is NOT found in nicotine. Nicotine is a stimulant. How could if produce diacetyl? Have you ever passed Chemistry? That means if you cooked potatoes (also naturally produces nicotine) you have inhaled “large quantities of diacetyl”.
Secondly, have you ever buttered a pan or was waiting for you popcorn at cinescape, or probably deep fried chicken in a batter? Yeah, you just inhaled diacetyl my friend.

I am one of those “fuckers” that insist on smoking them indoors. You are obviously incapable of understanding the basics of scientific research. Before spouting “Harvard released……” and then quoting a press release as if you know what your talking about, try reading the paper. The vast majority of the ecigs tested contained ever so slightly more Diacetyl than the concentration present in normal air. Did you know that high concentrations of Daicetyl are created by roasting coffee? Has that stopped you going to Starbucks?

The paper speaks for itself (which you apparently need to reread – perhaps more slowly). The point the authors raise is that our understanding of the effects of vapor on the normal population is woefully lacking. The assumptions that were made when studying and establishing exposure limits for the chemicals in questions did not encompass vaping.
Vaping today is what smoking tobacco was when it was first introduced; heralded by companies as a healthy, harmless activity without real evidence, and morons poisoning themselves and the people around them. Only this time we have a history we can learn from.
If you want to vape indoors then by all means please do so – i’d actually prefer it if you did, but don’t subject others (and their families) to that shit.
While we don’t believe vaping is 100% safe we are certain it’s safer than cigarettes. If any government cares so deeply about its citizens to ban vaping because of unknown effects, why is smoking with its KNOWN threats still legal? Big tobacco controls everything.
As far as vaping indoors is concerned, it shouldn’t be done if people around aren’t comfortable. But government employees smoke cigarettes in pretty much all the government offices so guess none of us have a choice.

I use to smoke Cigarettes before 2 packs a day
Now I barely Vape so it did help me quit smoking.
When I am outdoors in coffee shops or in malls I don’t act differently if I need a Hit I just go to a smoking designated area though it stinks but I take few pulls and leave and in public areas I usually use a Mouth to Lung tank produces little to no smoke with high nicotine content so I don’t produce allot of vapor .
So people who hate vaping for the trend don’t hate on everyone not all people are equal and some do respect and take people in consideration.
non smokers have the right to breath air and I have the right to not smoke tobacco.
