Whats Opening in Murouj Phase 3

Post by Mark

If you’ve been to Murouj then you’ve probably noticed the construction taking place next to their large parking lot. That’s part of the Murouj expansion project and yesterday I was able to get a list of some of the places that are opening there:

Beit Shoukri
Blaze Pizza
Dean & Deluca
Illy Coffee
Mana by Ubon
Shake Shack
Solia Mediterranean Food

There will also be a space available for pop-ups. I’m still trying to find out when phase 3 is expected to finish, and once I have that information I’ll update this post.

Would be nice if development is focused away from more food and into other areas of entertainment.

Finally another Dean & Deluca in kuwait!! What has taken so long. I heard it’s opening soon?? I hope they have as many products as the avenues store

You may have noticed the “products” section at Dean & Deluca Avenues steadily shrinking over the years to make room for the ever expanding cafe section.

Opening a high-end gourmet grocery in the middle of a mall (not even at the edge as an anchor store) was never a good idea. The grocery could’ve opened in an area closer to their target customers’ residences with parking in front, while the cafe obviously works quite well in a mall.

    2 things to change please

    A) Sulia is spelled Solia
    B) Illy is no longer there
