A reader emailed me awhile back asking me if I could use this blog and my readers to help me create a list of places that are open 24 hours in Kuwait. I thought that was a good idea so I’ve started the list below with some places I know of that are open 24/7. If you know of any place that’s open 24/7, post it in the comments below and I will add it to the list.

• Burger King – Bneidar Gas Station 1, Bneidar Gas Station 2, Farwaniyah, Fintas, Hawalli, Khaitan, Messilah, Plajat, Sadiq South Surra and Salmiya opposite Sultan Center.

• Caribou Coffee – King Fahad Road (towards Chalets)

• Coffee Republic – King Fahad Road (towards Kuwait City)

• Co-op – Al Adan, Al-Faiha, Al Qousor, Al Qurain, Dasma, Mishref, Qurtoba, Salmiya and Yarmouk

• Costa – Dar Al Shifa Hospital, Hawalli

• Debenhams – Airport

Yes, Xcite ( Al Ghanim Al Rai, Hawally) given me
a great privilage to shop in the late night without much crowd and choose my stuff peacefully.A perfect night hangout to know the world of electrinics.

Yes it is. Sultan Centres at Fahaheel and Al-Kout are open 24/7. But I am not sure at Sultan Centre Mangaf- it is a wholesale centre and I think it is closed from 2 am to 7 am.

All 24 hours that i know of

All coops are open 24/7. If the area’s main supermarket is closed then block mini supermarkets will be open.

Their is one in salmiya in fact near Baghdad street when your going to the 4th ring road, and they make delivery!!! 😛

Qurtuba Coop is not 24 hours… I was there last week at 1 AM and it was closed, everything closed. Surra co-op is open 24 hours I was there last night at 3 am ;/

It is 24 hours, enter from the back (It’s more logical to call it the front) in front of the girls high school, next to burger king.

the entry you went to is closed at night, go to the one I mentioned.

Sultan Center Hawali is 24/7

Now I’ll have a list of options to choose from at night lol.

1. Tea Shop (Opposite Rawdatain Factory, close to Kuwait Iraq Border) A warm nice place…
2. KOC Hospital Ahmadi Coffee Shop (forgetting the name)
3. The fish market at Sharq (fascinating to see the early morning bidding there)
4. Debenhams (Airport)

believe it or not, we forgot one more important thing that is always open…in more ways than one..and that is GEZ! Gez is always on and almost everywhere. Gulf Road, Blajat, Love street and even in Sultan Salmiya!

That’s what she said haha ;p jokes aside , SUBWAY jabriya next to pizza express (same block where new chapions gym is at) is open 24 hrs .. wanted to add smthng new to the list other than McDo and BK ..

There’s a small supermarket next to “Brands for Less” in Salmiya, it is open 24 hours and in fact has a sign saying so 😀

Debenhams at the airport. Also at the airport the zain, viva and wataniya branches are also 24/7

hawally coffe shops (for shisha) for eg malaky, located behind american creativity school, in fact, there is a whole 11 story building full of coffee shops.

I think you’re wrong about Quortuba but I’ll double-check and let you know.

On the other hand you need to include Rowtha which is not only one of the best jam3iya’s but also has a pharmacy within it that’s open 24 hours and THAT could really prove handy.

Can this post be a sticky somewhere on the blog? people could still give give more input and it can be updated regularly?

From what I see here, All McDonalds is going 24/7… I was in jleeb the other day and it’s 24/7 too. My kids love McDonalds… I have brought them to Ruby Tuesday a couple of times for burgers but they prefer their happy meal. LOL! I just wish they would serve breakfast in Malls too.
I love shopping early, there’s hardly a crowd. 😀 It’s the best time to shop with my kids.

Platinum closes early on thursday night and opens after the prayer at two or four i can’t recall.. Please check this..

What about adding 24/7 bank branches and money exchange branches? It comes in handy, especially with their “strange” working times!

1. Al Tijari (Commercial Bank) airport branches at departure, arrivals and after customs.
2. Al Muzaini Exchange, Kuwait Airport

Maybe if you can add photography studios that are open 24/7, or at least open very early in the morning.
