BA is rubbish from Kuwait.
I normally fly Qatar or Etihad both of which are excellent for business class and above.
I am actually flying Thai business class tonight, so i will be interested to see if its as good as they say.
Fuck all this shit, all they need is to provide valium/painkillers to every passenger and they would have a nice flight even if they were put in with the cargo 😀
Give me old seats with great entertainment and food and I can handle the trip. British has the worst food by far ! Medeival food.

Service is only rarely good .. thats when u get lucky and find a good crew. The rest of the time they think and act as if we are flying FOC , when its one of the costliest airlines in asia & africa
Reservations and customer service staff take care of you ONLY if he/she has handled your booking . there is apparently no globally accepted service levels in the staff . empathy to customers plight is unheard of i think .
Inflight if you get a new airplane the seats and intertainment is good. but the crew just provides basic service and then they have their own fun ( i have seen them treating a black lady with 2 children with great impatience) Food is worst than a mcdonalds, bland tast less and awful mostly.
One thing is they believe in equal treatment , even if your a Gold card member with about half mil airmiles you still get the same bad treatment any other irregular passenger would get.
THey think its our previlege to travel with them… brilliant attitude .
Please dont think the seat and interior is everything when your doing a 9+ hrs flight . it reeeeeeeeeally does matter how your treated and emirate stink at that!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have seen better service even in south african airways ( domestic) . which was a warm surprise.

BA is awful to the Middle East, but excellent when flying transatlantic.
Virgin’s Upper Class Suite is great and the staff are truly great.
Qatar seems very hit-and-miss. I’ve had great service in Economy and awful service in First.
Totally agree with sasha – Every time I’ve flown Emirates they are VERY patronising and full of false smiles. Irritating as hell.
But if anyone gets the chance – fly Swiss Air first class. You won’t get any better.
Singapore, Cathay Pacific and Thai are all great.
Disappointed w/ Emirates, and it’s an expensive ticket to boot.
EMIRATES is the best! I went to London last week through their biggest air plane the Airbus 380 (double deck) and it is so amazing and the best among all.

Fake, Pretentious staff who expect you to do them a favor as they are buffed up tarts with a great belief the world evolves around them. They FORGET you have paid to use their service.
If lived in Dubai for 12 years, and flown many times to Australia and back and say they are getting progressively worse.
Ive flown emirates 1st and buisness a number of times, and had far better service in Singapore Air economy.
Their idea of service?? The call button is about as useful as an indicator on a car in Dubai, and the only way you get served is if you get up, interrupt their internal chats about what they did the night before they were being bothered by you.
Emirates is no longer hit and miss, its simply miss.
Vote with your feet – they are no longer the only airline flying to your destination – even if it is direct – stop somewhere instead of being tubed up for hours with no one that gives a shit – unless its themselves.

I wish I was as important as their cabin crew. sitting there locked in by my sleeping 8 yr old.How do you get a drink ? Was that little light on the call button timing out or was someone cancelling it. Fuck me does it take them that long to put their make up on we’re not landing for a hour. 380’s great some of the 777 getting tired. Cabin crew generally shit. If theres a volcano then your fucked. just fuck off and come back in 9 days and we will give you really shit flights only 7 hrs stopover. I know you paid loads extra for good connections but we’re doing you the favour now go away.
