I just heard about Mishaal who is a local weather forecaster. Supposedly he is extremely accurate and is the next Oujeri and he is only 17. He has a website with his own forecast, will start checking it to see how accurate this guy is. [Link]

when i sent this site to my husband a while ago he was really happy to see it . he is a fighter pilot and although they have their own resources he really appreciates good weather forcast 😛
Mishaal is an 11th grader in my school. Weather is his passion and his predictions in the past to me were very accurate. I can recomend strongly! You can also subscribe to his sms weather-updates.

For gods sake predicting the weather in Kuwait is probably the most diffucult thing cuz we could have like four seasons in kuwait in only one day!!
