It looks like the Yukon was parked behind the Camry and the driver wanted to drive in reverse, instead it went straight and over the Camry to stabilize between the two cars.

That looks like one of the immigration/traffic department parking lots of Kuwait. Surely someone was not having a good day.
Looks like some irresponsible citizen entered a grand theft auto spawn cheat at an inappropriate location. He then fled the scene and lost cops by reducing his wanted level. How reckless.
Driving in Kuwait is so dangerous, you could get killed in a car pile up while parking at the grocery store. That’s how dangerous it is. Think about that for a minute.
That is why you should leave your vehicle as soon as you park it.
