I haven’t been to Failaka since the late 80s but looking at these pictures taken by Kenneth I’m thinking I should really pay a visit and maybe even spend the night since the hotel above looks great. [Link]

In The Mornning its look so nice ! but after 6PM ! Looks Like Zombie Land :S ! so fucking scary ! last time i visited Failka was in 2009 it was so scary ! at night ! even my cousin Fainted because he saw something :S Wierrrd !
It’s managed by Safir and the place is modeled on old Kuwait. I once stayed at the 2 bedroom Arabian home with a tiny courtyard. Very nice. There are no luxuries but the place is definately worth a visit. One night max if you decide to stay the night.
I really wish Failaka gets more attention. The history in this tiny island puts Kuwait on the map!
After watching these photos, I should definitely pay Failaka a visit inshAllah since I never have been there in my life.
Me too want to visit as I’ve never been there.. From where can I catch a boat ride and for how much? If anyone knows plz let me know here. Thanks.

Haha This Place Is Really amzaing i go there every year starting from like 2008 ive been to this hotel really amazing place some rooms have three sperate beds one toilet a/c and a cupboard with a safe , a fridge and TV the other one is for couples or if you have like one cousin or bro with you and its has just a big bed Tv etc the rooms are amazing not to mention the kick ass swimming pool they have not very far from it theres one inside the hotel which is like a wave pool its circle in shape and the other is a huge on eoustide its an amazing place to be food is great too i usually spend 3 days 3 nights over there its best during the moneth of september !

The hotel is nice and good to spend a night but best to go with 6 to 10 good friends with camp fire etc. Everything else is very rundown
well phoenix if u must know every year we have these youth retreats for like 70-100 teens so like yeah thats what i do there for 3 days 🙂
