I went to Fusion last night in Galleria 2000 with Z District. The place is pretty cool and the food is really good but the highlight of night had to be the Ice Tea. It was just the best Ice Tea I had ever had. Its really really good and very fruity and refreshing. Its kinda surprising that a Japanese place has the best Ice Tea I have had in Kuwait.

The icetea is really something that will keep me going there time over time!
The service also amazing..and i like the fact that everytime i go there its not 2 crowded.
haven’t been there but will try it soon
its rather too cold than cool. the food is good if you are into lebanese style japanese food. but if you’re into authentic japanese, you won’t’ like it. best thing is that they really go out of their way with presentation.
Another japanese restaurant? :/
Well I did like the Ice Tea, that was quite good. But the rest of the stuff was pretty average for me.. Sorry Marzouq:) I still prefer Kei in Marina mall. i still have to try Edo though..
So where can I get a mac pro in Kuwait?
I remember there was a company near al 9ali7ya, but i think they moved out.
loool! No prob Nat! To each his own! hehehe!
3baid, its not purely japanese, a mix of japanese, lebanese, french and “californian”
I love Fusion! The owner and I go way back:-) For years he’s been talking about opening a sushi joint, and now he’s finally opened his Japanese fusion restaurant:-)
must try their tiger prawns. yummy!
Fusion, Fusion. Yummy, Yummy. Its the place for those who know how to eat and appreciate quality. I do not want to say its the best japanese resto in Kuwait., but you have to try it for yourself guys. Excellent , and hands down ,its amazing. The owner is always there and that makes a difference. the tend to raise the bar for quality and taste time after time. Always new dishes. for those who do not know its at galleria 200. Salmiya, and has nothing to do with gulf road fusion.
