SERIOUSLY?!

You think they would have made some sort of backup after the millionth time this happened! >.<

Guess i spoke too soon about my wataniyah net getting faster!

It is a conspiracy!

Ministry of communications cannot or will not allow us to transfer our phone numbers to another provider (like the rest of the gulf) and you expect them to make plans for our fiber optics or Internet??

Nobody does anything in Kuwait unless that have a % of the profits.

They can’t even form a telecommunications authority. Bunch of losers.

Could be plenty of Reasons.

“Just get a new number” is the type of attitude that makes it harder to address any problem in kuwait.

Aaa – moving your number means portability and consumer choice which leads to competition and companies reducing prices and offering services to retain or regaining customers

You win as a consumer in the end.

i second that… the idea of customer care & after sales do not exist! they’re happy with the money they make already & competition is the last thing they want

My friend called Zain and told the she was having an internet issue on her iPhone. The staff gave her some code to punch in, asked her to put the sim into another phone, and basically told her to cancel any sms subscription she had.

I told her I’m pretty sure they were having a real technical issue, but wasn’t telling. YOu can always figure that out when the staff become over helpful.

Should’ve just said we do have a problem, and bear with us till we get it fixed.

As for me, my Quality Net is working almost normal. It’s expiring this week, and I was going to get one of those new wifi services. But in situations like today, Quality are actually very good. You hardly notice connections issues with them.

That’s why I’m probably going to renew with them again.

I think you’ll find that many people have had their own problems with all of the DSL companies. You just happen to be a lucky customer with QNet. Other people will never sign up for their service again.

I have traveled the and had data plans which were much faster at a fraction of the cost. I an tired of paying premium prices for slow Internet and terrible customer service. Bottom line all they want is money but don’t want to work for it.

I can’t find any news or articles about it. I either need to unnoobify my Google search skills or there is a huge coverup from the middle east made against me and only me! lol
