The whole situation with the funds should still go before a court and the MP’s if found guilty should face punishment and pay this money stolen back to the people.
What’s a majlis? Some sort of shopping club or a new mall in Kuwait perhaps? Or maybe it is a diwaniya? or maybe it is an underground strip club? or maybe it is a new App?

At first I read 901 days with MALLS dissolved……and then I realised the country had not lost its sense of purpose ….and it was only the parliament…;)
