Jazeera Airways Loyalty Program soon?

A reader recently filled an online survey for Jazeera Airways that was all around the topic of them introducing a reward program. I was signed up to the Wataniya Airways rewards program and I’m also signed up to a number of other airlines reward program as well but since I usually fly with Jazeera most of the time it would be great if they started a reward program as well.

Thanks Aidan

hmm not sure how they will reward you though..it could be like sultan center card that rewards free passes to aqua parks which 99% of the people in Kuwait don’t use anyway..I think I will pass on this loyalty card too

I asked specifically for that exchange of points in order to get the card and they said they don’t do it maybe just recently? well good to know cause adding one more card to my wallet and carrying it around all day better worth more than an aqua park pass!

Hi Guys

just took the survey and it seems Jazeera will be offering one option out of the below:

1- Fly 10 times and get 1 free one-way ticket to any destination

2- Fly 20 times and get 1 free return ticket to any destination

they mean by “Fly = 1 boarding Pass”

it’s not bad after all cause i know lot of people that go to Leb at least once a month – now they can benefit from 1 ticket free

those guys are offering lot of added value in 2011 – (Free Meal – 40 KG Luggage – convinient flight schedule – and even onboard service / crew are getting better).

I miss Wataniya Airways also VERY much – it was a moment of civility in this nation. For the first time in Kuwait, I was treated with respect by an airline carrier and Sheikh Saad terminal was such a pleasure to exter/exit through. But the public in KWT seems to not get it, but we did.

What is with Jazeera’s prices?? I flew Emirates to Dubai recently because they were cheaper than Jazeera and I had many channels in the seat?? Did they forget that they are a discount carrier? They are not Emirates or Qatar Airways? Poor business sense which is typical of Kuwait. Wataniya was confused also if they were a discount carrier or a full-fledged carrier. I could make alot of formative changes to Jazeera that would boost their sales, but they need to understand their position in the market.

Jazeera should add a few European and Far East destinations.Their current list of places they fly to is pretty boring.

They don’t have enough planes. It was selfish of them not to offer an awards program which should include free upgrades and tickets to members like other carriers.

Jaz should tie up with other businesses in Kuwait, letting patrons pick up airmiles as they give their custom to Pinkberry’s, X cite electronics, Starbucks among others. Similarly when you have clocked certain airmile milestones you get to collect freebies from Pinkberry’s, X cite or others.
I am a fan of the air plane ticket auctioning system which Oman Air used to have. Something on those lines here would be gr8.
