You really have to owe it to these guys, they have done an amazing job so far.

I think this is a great gesture and professional handling by Jazeera…You are doing great Mr. Marwan Boodai!
“Your comment is awaiting moderation.” why is it mark? I never said anything bad on your blog..LOL
they seriously did all that?
inshallah everyone comes back safe and sound
i told u mark that Damascus is the only or the best solution if worst comes to worst. anyway mark i hope things dont escalate and become worst for nat’s sake and the lebanese people.
Great PR and a great move any way u look at it!
Walla 3aib 3ala kuwait airways, owned by the gov. and didn’t take any stand like this ( maybe ever?)
Well, bless aljazeera. That’s a very nice gesture 🙂
hey…. this is quite excellent proactive customer service.
Either hell has finally frozen over, or the management of Jazeera mustn’t be Kuwaiti.
Which is it? And can they take over Kuwait Airways please??
Mooocherx, just by having a kuwaiti management doesnt mean that the company can be a stupid one…there are lots of companies that are run very well by good and active kuwaiti management…
Talk about the best marketing windfall ever! Smart guys those Jazeera people.
They’re blowing up the airport as we speak!!
A little side note: Right before Aljazeera started operating, the president of KA stated that Jazeera was no threat to them. He actually mentioned that Jazeera’s target market were for people who wanted to take a bus or boat to Dubai and other destinations. I AM NOT KIDDING.
Anyways….GREAT PR FOR ALJAZEERA.
And can anyone please get rid of the “Kuwait Airways story” in their inflight magazine. 8)
al jazeera is possibly one of kuwait’s best companies. let’s hope they don’t follow the typical kuwaiti sandnigger business model and deteriorate steadily over time while raising prices and ignoring their customers.
Great service! I hope they keep it up!
My friend is Dimashq right now, they flights aren’t at NO COST, you have to reserve and pay for them in Kuwait.
It did seem like it was too good to be true
Dishevelled, its is true.
All kuwaitis evacuated from lebanon fly at no cost from Damascus or Aleppo.
All travelers (evacuated from Lebanon) with non-Jazeera Airways tickets may also fly out at no cost.
Plus, all travelers in Kuwait who had future beirut bookings are to receive refunds in full.
Mark, great blog!
Holla, these sandniggers have made the Company what it is
A big special thanks goes to Jazeera Airways manager at Damascus for being so patient and so helpful especially to elderly people and families with children…
He helped me and my family to travel on Jazeera Airways for free while I hold Kuwait Airways tickets…after so many trials with Kuwait Airways with no luck, this man, whose name Mohammed Abid had rescued my family, thanks to him and to Jazeera Airways
If ever they decide on flaunting the concept of “Brand Kuwait”, Jazeera Airways will be the only one to fit the bill(as of now).
lets not forget something:
the crew are trained by Kuwait Airways,
their aircrafts are maqintained by Kuwait Airways,
thier routs are planned by Kuwait Airways,
their catering is handled by Kuwait Airways catering company,
the Kuwaiti government paid for the flights outs for syria,
Kuwait Airways carried 15 times the passengers from syria than Jazeera.
JAZEERA AIRWAYS STAFF AT CALL CENTER IS THE LAZIEST OF ALL TIMES… THEY DONT ANSWER CUSTOMERS IN ONE CALL AT ALL.. THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AND CUT IT IMMEDEATLY WITHOUT ANSWERING THE CUSTOMER… AND THE CUST KEEPS WAITING FOR HOURS… I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS A 100 TIMES
