The Kuwait Customs strike ended today at noon, and clearance at the airport and land customs are back to normal. Please be aware that whilst the strike has been called off, kindly expect some delays in clearance due to backlog.

ITS NOT OVER. kuwaiti citizens are volunteering to restart the customs! its all kuwaitis citizens! those workers are too lazy to work!
Good that Kuwaiti Citizens are volunteering, some other Kuwaiti’s should volunteer for Kuwait Airways also..

God bless all the volunteers and I hope every single person who went on strike sees how insignificant they are. As long as we have people like this in the country we will be fine.

Give it another year when Apple releases the iPad 4 there will be another strike waiting. Time bomb has been set.

yup, really sucks. People have preordered since February. I read although its unconfirmed that BHphoto got around 4700 preorders but their first shipment is just 300 cameras!

Did you order your iPad from the US Apple store? Are they shipping to the Aramex account? Because I really don’t want to order, pay, then get an email saying my order was cancelled and wait two weeks to get my money back :/

So we can say that this year they made customers happy in shipping off their iPads to Aramex since last year this was not the case.
i’ve been ordering stuff from the apple store for ages now and never had an order cancelled
blah!!.. preordered Ipad as soon as ordering was opened.. this pissed me off ;o

Aramex has forwarded all my Amazon shipments to its Bahrain office.. Hopefully it’ll get here soon , now that this strike’s over..
