@RoXas, cuz they want to be heard. I wish they have even made it more clear that individuals in Kuwait are not taxed for bringing their own personal items from abroad, so custom duties is an overkill…

When I clicked on the website my download manager opened up asking me to download a file from a tracker. I do not allow firefox to download anything and it automatically goes to my download manager. So it could be a virus.

i think the website https://customs.com.kw/ belongs to a company not the GOV since there is not GOV.KW in the address, Also it says dr faisal alkazemi customs office, which i think it is a clearance office/company.
