My name is mark, and I am an addict

Internet addict that is. I realized in the past few days that I can’t be stuck in Kuwait without Internet. When I go on vacation its not that big a problem since I psychologically prepare myself that I will be without Internet for a certain amount of days. Being suddenly stuck without Internet at home though has turned me into a wreck. I feel stupid without being up to date on the latest news, gadgets and gossip. I feel disoriented and grumpy without Internet. I am also losing my temper quicker and getting stressed out a lot easier. I hope I get Internet back at home soon or I think I am really going to lose it.

Hey mark.. I can agree with you on a lot of those points.. without internet I feel like something essential is missing. And it feels very wrong!

When i was having problems with my internet connection I was mad as hell.. goodluck I hope they fix things soon.. did you try qualitynet cards? or are your line not working at all?

damn that sucks… i hope they get it back up soon!

who did you call to check if the lines are working? Wezaarah or Fasttelco?

I would be living in starbucks!! Hey when does Geo come in?

Noura I just got GPRS working 2 days ago but its not practical to use.

Marzouq I havent called anyone yet. I probably should call my ISP and see if they know anything.. qualitynet. (Fasttelco is at work).

You should give em a call and see whats up.. if you need help with it.. shoot me an email I know a few people at qualitynet…

Having no internet is like being disconnected from the world. It really sucks. Mark, I feel your pain, after I moved into South Surra arfter living with modem for so long I was told there’s no phonelines. So for a year I was screwed. Then I moved and got DSL. The end.

I don’t know whether anyone’s realized it yet, but since fasttelco has come online after the fire, the adult site blocking is not working and all sites are accesible.
