The video, is it the opening celebration or something? The video wall is pretty cool but I wouldn’t feel comfortable dining in a compact place that is noisy unless its only quarter of the restaurant being shown 😛

I passed by that place before, looks interesting but I think I would get seizure from all those lights and screens!
And yet if this place was in London, none of you would be complaining or making negative remarks.
It’s simply a case of Kuwaiti-judge’ism
if this place was in london it would probably be in a back alley ghetto area. 🙂
Problem is the space is too small for all that noise and visuals. Furniture also looks a bit tacky. Gold walls and leopard print chairs…..hmmm
places in kuwait seem to be looking more like clubs and lounges more than ever now, i wouldn’t be surprised if one of them offered a grape juice “champagne campaign”
They already have wine in The Meat Company resturant at 360 mall
When I saw the screenshot of the above video and the name of the video, first thing came to my mind that the guy will do the shuffle dance now 🙂
I tried it a couple of weeks ago, I felt very claustrophobic and uncomfortable from the lighting and visuals I even asked them if they could shut it off. The furniture/decoration of the place was extremely cheap and tacky. I was hoping though that the food would cover for my BAD first impression of the place. It got worse:) The food had a lot of things missing, something was off, it had no special flavor/taste.
I’m not a picky person, I love giving positive feedback but only to those who deserve it.
The manager was very defensive when I told him my comments which wasn’t professional nor what I expect from a Restaurant manager.

I just viewed your post – the place looks innovative – it looks like it could have a good vibe – a place I’d see in Singapore. If they play good music and the food rocks this could be a cool place for kids to hang out. Sorry don’t eat out in Kuwait,but in all honesty, this place would be packed in Dubai. Claustrophobic? Hmmmm. it’s a new concept for Kuwait. Vibe is important in an establishment. It might take this place a while to get their vibe with the food because I read some negative comments above – they should listen to their patrons.

I had the worst ever experience in this place… It just ruined my night. … First of all they forgot that we were seated .. They served all the tables that came after us but not us.. And when we complained and ask to give us the bill for the water we had… They kept saying sorry sorry it’s a treat on us… After a long talk we agreed to stay.. But whts funny they even got our order wrong .. So we asked for the bill again and said we don’t ur treat coz even the order was wrong…. So we got the bill and checked they had the orders that we want there … They wanted us to pay extra for something we didn’t have … Very bad management .
