Sneak Peek: Al Hamra Tower Mall

I was visiting one of the soon to open stores at the Al Hamra Tower Mall and decided to snap some pictures of the interior. The mall looks amazing, it’s a lot bigger than I expected (5 floors) and it’s also bright because of the natural daylight that comes in from the skylight. It looks very elegant, I really think it looks great. The mall is officially opening after tomorrow (Tuesday, May 1st) so just two more days left. Here are some pictures:

Update: I just found out the official name which is Al Hamra Luxury Center.

I think that’s because I didn’t take any shots showing the shops or where you walk. I was kind of in a hurry since I wasn’t supposed to be taking pictures there but it’s pretty open space.

will be interesting to see the quality of there services vs the price they have to offer in competition with the current kncc…

Though I really think being in the middle of Kuwait City is going to really hurt the cinema and the mall.

Yep, Barnes & Nobles, Shakespeare & Co, Weatherspoons, Ravissant, Graff, Aspreys, Harry Winston, Aquascutum, Jaeger, Harrods of Knightsbridge, Bergdorf Goodman, Wako dept stores, Man U sports bar & cafe, the Irish pub and the Comedy Store

Weatherspoons, Man U sports bar & cafe, the Irish pub seriously what is the point?

Man Utd bar in Singapore closed down because no-one went there and they sold alcohol.

D’oh more coffee needed in the morning! So use to Kuwait opening the silliest of things that nothing surprises me or would shock me!

Where will you park? That’s the big question on my mind.

It may not look bad now, but once the new NBK HQ opens up across the street its going to be a complete nightmare in the mornings.

Someone really needs to bring a large bookshop chain to Kuwait. It’s won’t make any money since no one buys books here and everything will be censored but still someone needs to bring a bookshop. There are a ton of businesses that are open even though they lose a lot of money so why can’t someone do the same with a bookshop? If only Alshaya would bring Barnes and Noble to the region…

s won’t make any money since no one buys books here ….. #1 rule about business men who have the ability to bring large chains …. if it won’t bring any money then screw it
