Kuwait is actually one notch lower… the US is AA+
Yup. Only USA, New Zealand, and Belgium are AA+
never knew that S&P does countries. thanks for sharing. i say invest in a BB and make some money 😉
What do you think all the news about the Debt Ceiling and rating drop was about 😛
+1 @ Reda .. America was AAA (The most stable rating) just 4 days back, and just dropped to be AA+.
funny how hard to find Bahrain on the map, even if you do full zoom :p
Neat, we’re stable.
What I don’t understand is people and governments are still convinced with these credit rating companies? It’s all BS. Come on people you’re smarter than just taking these ratings for granted.
It doesn’t matter if you think the ratings are BS, banks still tie their loan rates and risk evaluations to them so it does affect you. Look at the stock market crashing because of the downgrade.
“stock market crashing because of the downgrade” exactly my point – People believe BS 🙂
If it affects the real world then guess what it means something 😛
Means people are just ignorant and dont think 😛
Should edit your post, AA+ and AA are not similar ratings!
ratings mean nothing. u should watch inside job 😉
Ugh really more conspiracy theorist bs
S&P Ratings are SUBSTANDARD & POROUS!!!
Right, and so is Tunisia.
In this preview image, Syria’s higher upper grade. When was that?
