thats messed up
No wonder they are at #2. lol. They basically steal most of their good images from the web.
@ Cajie, what can a person do in this situation? I mean either legally or otherwise?
@Mathai. I am sure there are legal routes one can take since Kuwait has laws protecting intellectual rights. Example is that Bahraini girl who retained a lawyer. Not sure what was the outcome of it though. I know they issued an failed apology and may have settled out of court.
But for me to get involved in that kind of mess in a country where I don’t understand the language? Forget it!!!
Ha! no Al-Qabas should be the second best Kuwaiti news paper. It my favorite paper (^_^)
Arab Times and Kuwait Times not making it to the list – is that a surprise!??!!
I am however surprised The National of Abu Dhabi didn’t make it.. top notch content, perhaps the best English daily in the Arab world… ..but I guess a poorly designed website isn’t helping.
Theres no way al anba2 is above Al Qabas. Al Seyassah is also much more popular than Al Anba2. What are these ratings based of? They dont seem very accurate.
Ill take a wild guess and say I dont think they have to do with actual popularity but rather cost of advertising which I assume who ever was doing those ratings thought meant actual popularity.
Hmm, proud of u, Alwatan!
@TheRex: online newspaper, not the newspapers in general. Sounds accurate except for Arab Times!
