now if someone would quit putting all the ghetto lights in the middle of the freeway .. is it that hard to put something decent to look at?
I was mesmerised yesterday by those lights… i believe it’s the best lighted building in Kuwait City…
but i think the lighting on Dar Salwa near Injefa beach is a close runner up… i love the shapes created by the big spot lights!

Dont worryI am sure the bill is taken care of and as for the power… a couple of brown outs in Jleeb Al Shoukh & Abbassiya will compensate for the over load 🙂
