Earlier this year I posted about how the Bayan Palace now has a Botanical Garden. Supposedly the gardens are open to the public on Thursdays after 4PM but you’re required to get permission to visit them. Does anyone have more details on this or know how to get permission?

I don’t recall on what day, but they’re open during certain hours. You will need to have your civil ID on you, which they’ll take from you when you enter and return it when you leave.
Whats the point of having it if it’s so uninviting to the public?

Putting strict laws in place and having security is one thing versus discouraging general public to visit.

i saw on another site that its open from 9am-1pm thursdays
if anyone knows for sure, i would love to take my kids one day
