By clicking on the below link you can vote for NBK in the following categories of the Banker Middle East 2005 Awards: Best Bank, Best Customer Service / Call Center and Lifetime Achievement.
https://www.bankerme.com/bme/2005/award/
The selection of banks in each category has been suggested and put forward by a panel of experts from across the region as a whole.
The only category that is different is the Lifetime Achievement Award, in which you can vote for anyone you like from the banking industry. NBK’s CEO Mr. Ibrahim Dabdoub is definitely on the top of the list.
Thank you for your support to NBK.

NBK suck, their website still has a major security flaw. They requier you TYPE in every login detail which means anyone with a keylogger running on the PC can capture what you write.
Dangerous
Instead many “profficient” online banking interfaces also require selections from “drop down” boxes that any keylogging software would not be able to capture (i.e. mouse movements)
I called them, spoke to the head of IT, stated these concerns, and he was like, well yeah, its a work in Progress! I know 70% of ppl who bank with NBK use their online banking, i think a security flaw this big should have been rectified ages ago… its not that hard, anyone who knows basic server scripting (ASP or PHP) could do this!
fools, and so i refuse to vote… 🙂
Thanks!
Just because NBK is a big client of your agency doesn’t necessarily make it the best bank in the middle east.
Sorry mark but you are biased.
do you know what biased means dude?
firstly i have been an nbk customer since i was still in uni which means before they became my client.
secondly i dont need to say NBK is the best bank in the middle east, all their awards could tell you that.
thirdly this post was informative and not my personal opinion. if you want to vote for nbk here is the info, thats al it says.
so please dude dont start coming into my blog and start accusing me of crap. you have psychological problems, keep them to your self.
Entrepreneur, know what you man I can’t stand their website it all IE heavy, won’t let you login with firefox unless you have a agent switcher. I complained about it too and talked to their IT head but according to them “most web browsers are IE so we support IE”. Thats all M$ FUD speak.
Tiger doesnt come with IE. So new mac users wont be able to access Watani unless they get IE. I dont know why they block other browsers, the site works perfectly fine with firefox after you log in. better then IE on the mac atleast..
Mark, Chill, I don’t see why you’re angry.
The title was ‘Vote for NBK’ not ‘How to vote for NBK?’ (or any other bank for that matter). You also said, ‘Thank you for your support to NBK.’ basically you were assuming we already voted for NBK.
My brain (with all the psychological problems in it) is telling me that you was encouraging people to vote for NBK.
You called me biased because NBK is my client although you had no clue that I was an NBK customer first before they became my client.
You also said that NBK is NOT the best bank in the Middle East although the awards say they are.
Atleast get the facts right first. I am not angry, but I don’t like it when people talk out of their ass.
I like Gulf bank, they have better looking women.
I have moved from one bank to another “as an employee” during the past 7 yrs. NBK & GB treat their staff like $hit. If you’re an employee there and have a WASTA, please do not argue here.
Besides, they have lots of internal problems in Retail, IT, Legal that they still cannot fix. I hate those banks.
