Adult coloring books have been rising in popularity recently and now you can find some of the Amazon best sellers in Kuwait. The stationary and office equipment store Mogahwi now carries a whole selection of coloring books including the #1 seller on Amazon, “Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Coloring Book“.
Disappointingly the prices were more than double that of Amazon ranging from KD5 to KD8.5 (Secret Garden is KD8.5). So basically it’s actually a bit cheaper if you order it yourself and ship it to Kuwait. Another stupid fad.
Instead of spending on this stuff, there are a bunch of really nice, adult colouring apps designed specifically for ipad, and they are free! IMO, that’s a much better way to “zen out”.. or just listen to ASMR videos on YouTube.
I have tried both and nothing beats a physical coloring book. Complete mindfulness. Very meditative.

One doesn’t simply compare virtual coloring with actually.. physically coloring xD “or ASMR” you say, huh? 😉

I’m disappointed that they don’t have any of the special coloring books like the Harry Potter and Doctor Who ones.

damn it. when i read “Adult Coloring Books” i thought it was coloring porn books. LOL
I found an excellent 1000-dot Dot-to-dot book at WHSmith ❤️ Right under the shelf of coloring books. Pretty relaxing too, if you’re not looking to spend hours coloring.
