A lot of people complained about the ending to the movie I Am Legend and yesterday I found out another alternate ending existed. I am not sure I like the alternate ending though, I think its too kiss kiss nice nice but some of you might prefer it. [Link]

I think this is a better ending and fits well with the style of the writing of that time, while the ending of the one shown in theatres is done by the director ( who by the way did the Britney I am a slave video) mostly as a way of changing the ending in a dramatic way which has failed in my opnion.
Since the lead vampire has some intelligence, he would not have killed The Fresh Prince, the ending is correct in the alternate version and I support it.
Also read about the book on wiki, book seems even better as a whole concept.

For the record, this ending is crap. Ruined the impact.
this is the original ending that producers wasn’t happy with , and they changed it because it was very bad .
