Instead of usless dancing, they could be playing a sport, doing something eith art, or even play video games which is known for increacing one’s focus and coordination.
Having “fun” without benifit is a waste of time. And no one knows when their time will run out.

Why don’t you go do something to be proud of instead of trying to feel better about something you have no control over and that says nothing about your character?
