Haha it is falling behind places like qatar and the UAE because of ultra fundamental douche bags who say everything is Haram yet go home or to Diwaniya and do all of it in excess. The ones who wish this was Saudi Arabia. That and the lazy attitudes coupled with a reliance on oil money. If anyone is trying to move it forward it is people that do things like this. Not the ones who sit and troll on their laptops in between looking at porn and fast food reviews.

That guy’s comment doesn’t make sense, and neither does the first half of yours. When you started talking about oil and laziness however; that is when the sense started to appear. Even if you replaced all the fundamentalists with super chill hippies and indigo children, nothing would change in terms of performance.
