The National Council of Culture, Art and Letters sent local musician Mr.Fari to Chile along with other musicians to sing as part of a program to showcase the diversity of talent in Kuwait. Kuwait needs to send more cultural envoys abroad.
Over the past year, we have sent envoys to South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Chile, Palestine, and Algeria.

ok I’m not sure how many of your watched it from end-to-end. There’s a part where they say “its offensive to express affection in public in Kuwait” How about all the guys going after girls in the malls, the Gulf Road and not to mention the rave party houses they rent just for mmm “mingling” No one wants to admit there’s affection being ‘bought’ or ‘forced upon’ here due to their unnatural denial of the human psyche! 🙂
This is why we can’t have nice things. Even when it’s heartwarming, there’s still somebody who has to be like that.
But also yes very cool to be preserving and sharing the cultural heritage
