FJ it is

Negative Effect lent me his Toyata FJ Cruiser for the night and it only took the ride back home in it to be convinced about getting one. It felt really cozy, comfortable and just well built. Now its just about choosing a color and finding a good deal on a second hand one. I guess I have to prepare a farewell party for my Wrangler.

Ooooh great choice!!! The fj is an amazing car! I wanted one forever… i wanted the beige one with a white top which i personally think is the best looking one around…

i think all the FJ’s come with a black interior… if it gets dirty just hose it down with water and it will clean all since its all rubber/plastic material

My only problem was that when i went to try it… i fell on my face from the door because it was too high and mighty for me 🙁 i got touareg instead but i still want an fj 🙁

did you try to sit in the back seats?
it is hard to park this car because of it big size
the only advantage of this car is the exterior and the off road capacities

Great choice Mark !! , Before i got my ’09 Royal Caprice i was looking for a black + Manual FJ Cruiser, i only found one and it was already sold 🙁

i think black is the best color for the FJ

About the Wrangler Farewell, Lets all head to the desert together to say good bye to it.

The car is big but not ginormous..its not an impossible task to park it! I have done it several times with ease! 😉

Well problem with black FJ is I don’t think it would look good with black matt wheels. There is a color I’ve seen but not sure if its actually a different color or just plain silver. Some FJ’s look like they are in German gray but I think that could just be the silver reflecting the ground or something.

mark for 2010 the FJ silver changed, its more greyish than silver, I think thats the color your talking about, they also have a new green color that replaced the blue…….yes I was also looking into buying one :P, its a great car especialy for off roading, very remenicent of the 2 door super safari’s of the 90’s, and mods for it are a dime a dozen, including sound nice custom sound systems if your into that, the only problem with it is rear view visibilty, but thats nothing a camera out the back wont fix 😀

The FJ is cool but it has one of the worst interiors i’ve ever seen. Also it’s not convertible like the wrangler 🙂

FJ is a Hummer wanna be, I really don’t like it. It is a powerful car though. I would go for a Land Rover, Range Rover Sport, or a Discovery.
However, I guess black or your silver color would look best on it Mark. Congrats in advance.

A couple of guys from our group are going off-roading tomorrow early morning up north.. They’ll be at least 5 FJ’s (a couple are modded) and a couple Chevy trucks with 8″ lifts there.. Hollar at me if you’d like to join.. U can try the FJ off road there n’d if u like u can drive my car on the way to there to really get a feel for the car… n even compare it to u’re wraangler.. Let me know early if you wanna join u can hitch a ride with one of us.. or join us.. there’s going to be a barbeque there after maghrib probably.. and a potential sleep over in the wilderness :P.. BTW if u’re in please send an email before 12 AM so we can make the arrangments.. TC.. N’d i’d think about blue or yellow 😛 hehe U’ll C a couple of them there tomrrow..

black steelies? Then bumble bee yellow, pearl white or cobalt blue would be my choices, the first two being the most optimal for Kuwait. If you don’t have shaded parking at work and home then expect to sit in an oven during the hot summer days. Till the a/c takes effect i.e. You’re silver would go well with your black steelies as well. Congrats in advance Mark :o)

There is one clean beige FJ for sale. It’s under the Saudi dealer warranty. full options with rear view camera. It has 33,000 km, and it has a tiny dent on the driver’s door.

i was wondering with it has an Aux and how much dose it cost for a brand new one 2010 in the local dealership,am thinkin of buyin me one as well.
