Late May I purchased two tickets to the Nine Inch Nails and Foo Fighters concert in Dublin and surprisingly today I received the tickets in regular mail! I had emailed Ticketmaster telling them specifically NOT to mail me the tickets because I was sure they would get lost in the mail. Magically they arrived to my mailbox and not only that, the tickets arrived before the concert date. The Kuwait postal service must have gotten a makeover.
update: My tickets were mailed out on June 12, they arrived to my PO Box on June 20th. One week from Ireland to Kuwait, thats really good.

I was testing it a month ago,, I sent 2 DVDs via royal mail, first class ( which is normal mail for the UK ) , and my friend got them in a week !!
The mail in Kuwait for sure got better, but I have no idea how !
i would have thought that it was shere luck, but now that the two of you have similar experiences, then it must have gotten a serious upgrade!

yes it did improve. 2 years ago I received a bank letter from the branch in our area a week after it was sent to the mail/post centre in our area (too)… that’s 2-3 kms walking distance
but, last month I received a litter from the UK just one week after it was sent.. that’s an improvement!!

I thought I was the only one! Last month i order 3 Mariah Carey concerts DVDs from amazon via Internation Mail( not DHL) and they arrived the same day amazon said they would arrive. Unlike that time when it took an extra month and a half to arrive.

Kuwait mail has always been reliable. Stuff never gets lost.
I sometimes receive cards that were mailed more than a year back. The point is, they never get lost 🙂
Thats amazing I got mailed a wind screen for my bike from Germany for a value of 89 Euros 3 years ago, I still did not receive it, been to every post office and still nothing showed up, yeah they must reliable (bullshit)!!!
