Tweeting

I’ve started experimenting with Twitter, trying to figure out why people use it. I already set myself up with an account and I’ve started posting there. I even installed a twitter application on my iPhone so now I am posting to my twitter account through out the day. If you want you can check it out by going to twitter.com/mark248am

Yeah I also got interested with twitter a while back when I installed its application on my G1, sent invitations to all my contacts (over a hundred) to register, none of them ever did! πŸ™‚

So I stopped using it!

When I enquired about twitter on the forum, I got this response:

“Twitter is for posting simple short updates about shit you do during the day, another in the long line of pretentious apps that lionize peoples everyday mundane activities to a level of some interest mostly for the benefit of other people whose lives are even more boring then your own.
Too much?

I stopped logging into twitter after that πŸ™‚

Alot of blogs have an integrated twitter feed in them, it’s a nice touch, fits in all those posts that might be too tiny and the users don’t have to navigate to twitter.com/mark248am every time.
Are you considering putting a twitter feed on your blog?

Mark Twitter is addictive. On the flip side it tends to make the daily blogger REALLY lazy! after scooting on to the twitter bandwagon. I only post like once a week. I pray and feel confident you won’t suffer the same fate πŸ™‚ Cheers and happy twitterin…
