A couple of days back I posted about Edfa3ly which I said was “the cheapest way to ship lightweight packages from the US”. Well its gonna get even cheaper now since they emailed me last night letting me know they’ve set up a coupon code for my readers to use.

If you use the coupon code “248am” on their website, they’ll waive the international shipping fees and Kuwait customs fee for any order below $50.

Terms and conditions for the coupon:

How did you pay for the order? Payment via knet takes me to some other site where I have to register my account number and iban.
The credit card option doesn’t seem to have any verification.

Ok Mark, I just placed an order with your code – I am guessing about 2 weeks (from Amazon to them to me) total….This could be a game-changer in my online shopping habits! LOL! I just have to figure out how to keep my husband from finding out….

Ok, just updating – I placed my order with Edfa3ly on August 21, using the coupon code, and received my order Sept 5 (although they called on Sept 3 that it was out for delivery, but we weren’t home). So it was 13-15 days from order to delivery.

It cost me a sum total of 1KD for the service and delivery because of the coupon code!

we just did some changes to our pricing model a couple of days ago
1- waived the delivery fees
2- decreased our fees from 5% to 1%
3- now we charge 1KD clearance charge

Since no one is picking up the phone on your customer care line, I will take my chances here.

I noticed that as part of your changes we are being charged U.S sales tax as well. This was not the case with my previous order.

Just wanted to confirm if this is accurate?

Allegedly my items arrived in Kuwait 3 days ago (although the tracking system doesn’t reflect that but if you go into track order it does). Been trying for 3 days so far to arrange delivery but have so far failed.

I know it’s a bit odd replying to my OP but GOOD NEWS! Sent a driver and success! Not sure I would use again unless they get their reliability sorted out but goods arrived in an Amazon Prime box presumably as delivered to the US.

Interested to hear how others get on before I decide whether to use again.

I ordered a couple of books using their service two days ago. However,they haven’t ordered them yet. I do not understand why it takes too long! I tried to contact them using their online chat and the telephone number they provide on their website but nobody is there to answer me. This is really unprofessional.

It is all nice to discover a cheap and new shop & ship ways to buy your little goodies online but when you praise Edfaly for their service, I am very disappointed to say that they are very unprofessional! I have placed 2 orders with them and to-date they have no follow-up or up to-date tracking on their website and when you call them on the phone, staff have no telephone etiquette. How can you even recommend a company like this????

I recommend based on my experience not other peoples. So I don’t know what you ordered, I don’t know if you ordered it right, I don’t know what you’re trying to do so I can’t review something based on your experience. I only write about my experience.

Still, we trusted your opinion and ordered using this website and had a very bad experience with them. I think you should warn people and show the other side. they are unprofessional and not trust worthy.

You trusted my opinion based on my experience. How can I show the “other side” if I have yet to experience anything negative myself? So far I haven’t had a bad experience with them so my review still stands as is. In fact, I just placed an order last week using their current offer (free shipping+no customs) and I’m now waiting to receive my item. Only if I face difficulties or discover a problem will I update my original review but until then it still stands.

after reading from 248am..I have placed an order on 22nd Septemper to check the service/quality of Edfa3ly.. I have requested for runner to collect the money. they called me 2 time every after 2 days ..now already 4 days passed..nobody came to collected the money.moreover i have 5 emails from the customercare mentioning apology for delay but till now no action has been taken about my order .
