PostaPlus MyBox iPhone App

If you’re a PostaPlus MyBox user then here’s two pieces of good news:

1) They now have an iPhone app that will allow you to track your packages without having to log in every time to the app
2) You can now pay for your packages online (website and app)

The online payment is what I’m the most excited about since they’ve been promising it for a few years now. I hate carrying cash and if I’m not in the office when the delivery guy comes, it always meant someone else had to pay for the package on my behalf. Now at least I can get the payment sorted and just have the delivery guy drop off the package.

    Every time I read about Posta plus on your blog, I try to create a MyBox account. 2 years and 11 attempts later, still zero success!!!

      thats so weird, what error are you getting?

        Either nothing happens when I click register or just reloads the the registration page and I have to fill in all the details AGAIN. I tried different browsers, internet connections and OS’s but still the same. 10 mins back I got a new Error message:

        Server Error in ‘/’ Application.

        This OracleTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.

        Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

        Exception Details: System.InvalidOperationException: This OracleTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.

    We are delighted to know that you’re using our app! The Android version will be released soon- we just need to cross the t’s and dot the i’s.

    If you, or any of our other customers using the app, have any suggestions/complaints- please let us know. This is the first released version, and we will be working diligently to make sure there aren’t any bugs.

      I’d appreciate it if you could create a simple system that allows users to request a copy of an airway bill. Even if you dont use airway bills just make one so that anyone making expensive purchases from Amazon can request tax refunds.

    be careful guys with online payment..
    the day before yesterday i used it and paid via online.. when my shipment came home.. the delivery man let my maid paid again.. so i paid twice now. i called them today and they said “we will investigate this problem and will return your money back”.. now this is happening to me twice!!

    I must be dumb, because I can’t figure out how to pay on the app or website. I signed up with them because of this post, and as a first time customer I think there can be some improvement to the user experience.

    For example, it’s great that my package was received, manifested and sent out so quick; but I wasn’t sure if it had been shipped, what I had to pay, or if I needed to press “approve” in some section for it to move. Even now, I’m just assuming it has left, because it says status is origin shipped, but there is no invoice number and the amount is 0.000.
