I just found this website called One Hundred Pushups. The site contains a plan which if you follow correctly by the sixth week you should be able to do 100 consecutive pushups. I just took the initial test so I could get my rank and I only managed to do 9 pushups! Yes I am not very fit… [Link]

Thats a pretty good workout schedule, but its only push ups.
This is much better: https://www.crossfit.com I’ve been on this program for a couple of years & it has given me immense strength. It’s all anaerobic & its mixes up all exercises.
i stoped doing push-ups for a long while, that day i thought of trying it and i made 30 on three shots each is 10 in less 10 Minutes, thanks to somthing else which keeps me fit π

Mark personally i don’t count pushups as being fit ; p because i’m not able to do more than 2 pushups before i fall though i can run, jog, do 100 sit-ups consecutive, lift weight (but not the Olympic kind) u name it but i’m not able to do pushups : / and my very unfit friend manages to do 10 or so pushups : s

nothing special ! just do push-ups as much as u can every day and eventually you will be able to do more everyday !
totally agree with HeartBeat, Constant exercising issue !
