We probably have enough videos of this guy to have a whole show called “The adventures of bu 3agaad in kuwait”. We’ve all seen him, the guy flying in the Emergency lane with the bbm on the back window. Also, he’s the same guy who doesn’t like to wait the extra 10 seconds going around the round about but prefers to cut it short and goes against the grain. He’s also famous for his donuts inside major intersections like the 4th and 604.

Nobody stopped to think that maybe that piece of junk 90’s caprice had trouble with his brakes ?.. And he was trying to slow it down by going over the bump in the emergency lane. Even when he hit the road block, there was no brake lights!!
He could have put it in Neutral and pulled parking breaks every so often if he wanted to slow down.
