One of the major part of the space program is business. They already get paid to send numerous satellites for other countries, so these ambitious missions are a kind of marketing campaign. Thus, I don’t see a loss in sending rockets as it is a source of country’s income.

Kuwait can only reach to great heights if people are hired based on merit (i cant emphasis more on this), not because the person is kuwaiti or big wasta. I have worked for private organization. i have personally seen many, especially kuwaitis and egyptians coming late to the office and leaving early at 1 or 2PM, and also never came up with anything productive in any of the projects. These people are being paid for being active on the phone, not the jobs they are hired for. I honestly dont have any problem with them on the phone but the only thing which bothers me is the fact these people are appointed as project managers (a leader) who should set example and lead and advise the team how to fulfill the requirements of the project but they end up being free riders. I personally dont think that Kuwait can ever thrive or be dependent upon tourism, or education sector to benefit economy like Dubai, as getting even visiting visa is next to impossible for many nationalities and there isn’t much atmosphere for tourist attraction, education in Kuwait is quite expensive (talking about UNI like AUK, GUST), i heard that they were planning on building education city just like Dubai, i dont know how its gonna go or when it will be completed, or maybe its just a rumor.
Kuwait economy is dependent upon 2 things only,
1) EXPATS: who pays for ekkama every year or two, and traffic related violations [2].
2) Oil: the prices of oil has dropped, will dropped even more in the future as WEST decided to divert towards renewable energy that are environmental friendly, and Obama even emphasized on imposing more tax on oil to promote electric cars [3].
P.S. Fact remains, Kuwait got money but no brain, far more less privileged country is progressing because they have what kuwait dont have.

Actual bedouins , the guys who really lived in the desert, are some of the most nicest and polite people you’ll ever meet. The 3agad (a large percentage are bedouin but the 7a9’ar and 3ayam have their fair share too) however need to be executed… with a slipper.

Yeah, it’s like colosseum of Avenues where local gladiators compete each other :))) Someone should bring tiger one day to make this fights more interesting and realistic.
