Price per hour approach
Usually, maintenance businesses in Kuwait operate by charging a fee “per item”. So the more the items fixed, the bigger the invoice. At SRVME we found a solution to this. We charge all of our services at a set “price per hour”. Try it yourself and see the difference.
Let us give you an example, assume you do an annual maintenance for your A/C unit which costs you around 10-15 KD per unit, five units would cost you 50-75 KD. But, with the “price per hour” approach you would only pay per hour worked! Five units would take three hours to clean, leaving you with a cost of only 27KD.

What does the app have to do with Facebook? When registering, it says press continue to accept the terms of Facebook.
Is it gustemteed that these workers are actually good in their work and know what they’re doing?

This app could be a life saver but the post is a bit confusing. If a 5 unit AC contract costs 75KD annually, how is a per-hour rate cheaper when it costs 27KD for a one time visit? Also, a maintenance contract is not limited to AC cleaning, yet the post mentions that a price of 27KD for AC cleaning only. Some clarification here would be great!
In the example they gave it’s KD75 for a one-time annual visit you’d usually pay, vs the KD27 it would cost you if you did the same service through the app.
Does the promo code cover all services offered? Can i use it to paint the interior walls in my flat for free?
Would love to try them out, unfortunately I never was able to complete the registration process as I never receive the SMS or EMAIL required to register.
Hope they fix their registration process and also allow guest access.

I downloaded the app, signed up, and requested a service. The app was a bit annoying since it displayed a map of the world instead of just Kuwait. I also had an issue trying to save my address and then using it to request multiple services, so I just re-entered my address whenever I chose to look at different services (I use android). Other than that, their actual concept is great and the service I requested was completed very professionally. I also loved the fact that I got the 8KD discount, thanks Mark and SrvMe team.
