G-FORCE Auto Worx Preview

I got a chance to check out G-FORCE Auto Worx in the Free Trade Zone yesterday; as they were having a photo-shoot to get ready for their launch in July. The owners have gone all out putting together an unbelievable garage (4wheel dyno, Ferrari-approved prep/paint booth) that is levels above the current offerings in Shuwaikh. In addition to the garage, there is a showroom on the first floor that is going to have some very interesting sports cars for sale and a store carrying racing memorabilia (sadly, the signed Schumacher racing suit is not for sale), gear (shoes, racing suits, helmets) and aftermarket parts (rims, exhausts, etc).

One of the biggest issues with modifying cars in Kuwait is the lack of a capable garage; and GForce is looking to fill that void. They are setting up to be a car-lovers haven and I will be getting more info on the garage, showroom and shop as they get closer to launch.

its kuwait. . . we dont have to have any legit reason for making things illegal. . . things just are. . .

Yes sir ,
We are supposed to be the only true democracy in the region …. Lift kits- not allowed / matt colors- not allowed / fender flares- not allowed !

Even window tint is a sensitive matter … But then again this is the 3rd world at its best .

@amq: I heard matte-black paint jobs/stickers are illegal because they don’t show on radar scanners/other police surveillance and thus can be used to smuggle in drug across the desert easily

bo9agr:
From what I heard, they are going to be the official distributors for several high-end tuners. The 4-wheel dyno even has live tuning capability (The Dyno/ECU results are sent directly to the tuner who adjusts it for your car/region and sends it back to update the ECU).

Mashalla, at last we have a garage we can go to for (i hope) quality work!
ive been hearing a lot about this project and i think there might be a circuit on the way… but then again this is all 7achee Diwaween!

yo mark… can you do me a favor?
can you get me the g-force big head’s email? need to contact him in something… if you may ofcourse… you know how to reach me if its possible

We have never had a problem with performance parts supply in Kuwait… there are tons of people to provide for the average sports car. However there is no1 to tune the cars, even the easiest cars to tune cannot be tuned in Kuwait… Mustangs, 350Zs, Evos, Stis… sports cars in other words. Good thing this shop is opening up a 4wheel dyno, this would be the second on in Kuwait, but without tuning it will end up like the first one. I wonder who is gonna be the tuner? K. Got names?

I know the 4WD drive dyno next to dent xpress got closed down. They were charging ridiculous amounts for a run, around 60KD just because they were a 4wd dyno. Also from what I’ve heard, the owner has sold the 4WD dyno, most probably to Geforce.

It looks like a really good idea, I just hope they don’t start charging ridiculous amounts like other “European” tuning companies in Kuwait.

Any contact information for the company yet?

About the 4wd dyno, i know the 4wd dyno that g force ordered is a much higher spec than the one that is in nasser center, with live tune option, optical reader etc, plus the fans r custom made for them from Dynojet direct not like the other dyno’s in kuwait that use home made fans or cheap ones(wansa fans) LoooL

From my point of view- the location speaks for itself !!!

Good luck guys and wish u the best !!!

this is a great idea, i hope they keep service levels high and prices appropriate, and don’t just charge a huge amount just because they can (as many companies in Kuwait do) it would be nice to be able to do high quality modifications in Kuwait.

CooL place , hope we see more of those places in kuwait

and god forbid one day we actually see a track open for the public.

We are not asking for the Nurburgring, all we ask for is a decent track so our youth would get there energy on the track rather than the streets and
start giving the other guys a hard time driving calmly.

Hey guys i was wondering how much does it cost 2 have a matt-black paint on ur car i got a bmw does anybody know…

Just had a talk with some car enthusiasts. gforce seems like its going to be one of a kind. Dyno, highly experienced tuners, vacumed paint booth. And for the collectors, there will be everything from f1 things to car models. I passed by it a couple days back and the interior looks like its done. I think its time for me to get a car so i can get it pimped.

is this another brunch of autoworks ? i think ive seen another garage called autoworks in kuwait , he is doing his own desings … they listed their cars on youtube

No they’re not affiliated with the other autoworks, its a whole different thing, nothing to compare at all! Plus i heard they’re running dyno tests for they’re friends. check it on youtube

Hi just did a search on Yahoo! for G-force Kuwait and this was the 1st result. Can you tell me where it is in Shuwaikh and/or how to get there?

G Force Auto Worx is going to be the BEST Auto Tuner and Accessory shop in the Middle East. One stop shopping baby. Take it from me.

Exactly what I expected. A lot of hype and nothing special. They can paint and “Dyno test”. Not even build fast cars or tune them. This is pathetic. Why bother and put a stock car on a dyno? No wonder guys with mustangs and camaros in kuwait think they are fast with an intake and exhaust!! The only way to be fast in kuwait is to buy a car that was built and tuned in the US.
