Well, I will pay 5 KD to someone who will capture this freaking pigeon which is hanging out on my bathroom fan window every day and makes strange (ghruuu, ghruuuuu, ghrrrrr) noises all day. In addition I will give him permission to sell it for 15,000 KD 😀 but no killing!
