Random List of Car Prices in Kuwait

I passed by a few dealerships last week to check out some cars with a friend of mine and below are some of the ones that interested me. These are approximate prices since they will vary depends on the options fitted, but it should give you a general idea of what the cars cost.

The best deal? Has to be the Alfa 4C pictured above. Used to be priced at KD24,000 but now selling for KD18,000. The most disappointing car, on the other hand, had to be the Volvo XC40. The local dealer got the most boring color combos and basically turned whats supposed to be a fun car for young people, into a boring looking car for my parents.

Check out the prices below:

Alfa Romeo 4C KD18,000
Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio KD28,799
Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio KD34,000

BMW M2 KD23,000

Jaguar E-Pace KD14,990

Lamborghini Huracán Performante KD100,000
Lamborghini Aventador KD153,000

Lexus LC500 KD33,000

McLaren 570S KD75,000
McLaren 570S Spider KD85,000
McLaren 720S KD120,000

Mercedes C43 AMG KD20,100
Mercedes E43 AMG KD25,900

Porsche 718 Cayman GTS KD22,900
Porsche 911 Carrera T KD32,000
Porsche Cayenne KD24,600
Porsche Panamera 4 Sport Turismo KD35,000

Well that sucks..it doesn’t have the adaptive cruise control or the other semi-autonomous features, nor the surround view camera

So annoying when car dealers in Kuwait don’t get all the options

Wow didn’t expect Alfa Romeo to be that expensive. I remember their cars were much cheaper with the previous dealer but then again that was 10 years ago? so inflation I guess? But still, that’s a lot for such sizes.

well i just shared the price of their Quadrifoglio versions. That’s the equivalent of BMW’s M series or Mercedes’s AMG. The Stelvio Quadrifoglio is one of the fastest SUVs you can buy for example. 0 to 60 in 3.6 which is the same as the Lamborghini Urus.

thats exactly what my friend is doing. doesn’t care much about performance so a decently specced new cayenne is around 30K and more reliable than an alfa.

Random but related question: Will buying and selling used luxury cars (10k+ KD) make a decent business out here in Kuwait? I have friends in the GCC who buy Mercs, Porsches and BMWs, use them for a few months, fix minor faults and sell off and move to another car.

Maybe but not right now cause the economic climate in th gulf isnt stable. I’d recommend that you wait a few years till the non-oil economic projects finish then you could start that business cause it would show the economy im a safer position. In short Id recommend doing it in north Kuwait cause that will be an economic hub which will have more well off people who are living on government wages.

if you will use SUV for city i would recommend v6 engines. having big engines in a city where the crowd is 24/7 not worth the money.

this isn’t the 90s. most cars nowadays including suv’s are v6’s. both the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio and the Cayenne are v6’s.

I’d pick the M2 over the E43 any day. Plus the E43 price I’ve posted it starting price, add a few options and price quickly jumps to over 30k
