Do you update that work out chart daily, or its your weekly schedule – on the white board ?
thats there cuz my memory is terrible, so I use it to pick which exercises I want to do for a specific muscle group and then I write down the weights I use for that exercise. I only update the weights if I end up increasing or if I find out about a new exercise I’ll add it to the list. but it wasn’t a list of exercises I needed to do that day, if it was I’d be competing with Big Ramy for Mr. Olympia
