Because we don’t have enough of them already, there is a new restaurants complex currently under construction in Salmiya called Alargan Square. It’s located right next to Symphony Style Hotel and it’s by the same company that built the Al Bida’a strip. Construction is supposed to be completed in around four months time. I don’t have any idea what restaurants will be opening there so if you know any let me know. Another food square recently opened in that area closer to Sultan Center called The Cube which I previously posted about [Here].

Theres 4 new separate restaurant complexes being built in my area Abu Hassaniya alone within a space of 2km.
Thinking outside the box is hard in Kuwait.
Great, yet another restaurant village because there’s a clear lack of them in Kuwait… And in that part of Salmiya to begin with. The Cube is a few blocks down and if I’m not mistaken, there’s another one being built on a sand lot across the street from the new Bowling Center.
I’m also unhappy that a prime piece of seafront real estate is being squandered to house this low-rise piece of what appears to be generic architecture. Would’ve been a great plot for a high-rise hotel or Dubai-style residential development.
Sad… But it’ll do well – if there’s one business in Kuwait that succeeds, it’s food.
Agree with everything u said… Except about having high rise buildings at the seafront. Low rise building are better because, they won’t block the sea view from buildings that are farther back.
More complex and less parking way to go!
We already have a horrible time finding a parking spot within a half kilometre radius of the university, this is just going to make things works 😡
