Speaking of Alshaya, a friend of mine snapped the photo above at Avenues. Alshaya are opening their first Katsuya by S+ARCK in the region right next to Garrett Popcorn in Phase III.

They did… Office Depot!!!!! It has coloring books, Note books, Stickers books and so on….
Borders is going bankrupt around the world buddy, if you like books I suggest you get an e-reader or something capable of downloading them like an iPad.
I dont mean to pile on, but physical book stores are failing around the world in places where people read a lot. In general people in Kuwait dont read books. There are some very highly educated people who read prolifically, but the vast majority of people wouldn’t know what to do with a book.
