The sender is using MS Mincho font. Those are not spaces but are the font type itself.
Typically must have used office 2007. So the guy must atleast be having access to some latest computer stuff.
However, English is poor. Must be definitely an Arabic native speaker.
Must have used translation from Arabic to English.

very simple explanation. this is spam e-mail. the spammers include soem random text that is software generated , that does not mean anything so they can bypass your spam filter. their real message is usually in an included image. so if your e-mail software does not allow HTML or automatically blocks these images, then you do not see them and you are left only with the stupid text..
