Mark must the client installed on both Mac to interacts?
no. in the host mac, just go to system prefrences and then Sharing. Activate Apple Remote Desktop and thats it. You can then connect from any other mac to that computer using VNC.
You could also connect to any windows or linux machine also, VNC is not just for Macs.
