I got this footage yesterday when I met the Al Hamra Tower people. It’s a time-lapse from the start of construction back in December 2005 all the way up to February 2011. They’ve had two cameras pointed at the site from the very start, one is located on Al Raya the other on Al Khalejiah. [YouTube]

Well.. if you look at the shadow… its seems like a clock.. well.. wooo i got an idea.. .. y dont they put a camera on top of the bulding.. and put a big screen below.. showing that image.. as natural clock.. just a concept .. . . what do you think guyzzz!!!
I really really really really really hate the design. In my opinion its one of the ugliest buildings in Kuwait, and that’s quite an ‘achievement’.
