Ah the good old times. I even remember those coin operated arcade machines they used to have in KFC Farwaniya. Especially the one with the racing game. XD

Dunno if its true or not but my old Kuwaiti mate was saying how it is only branded as ‘KFC’ nowadays and not ‘Kentucky Fried Chicken’ meaning it is not the original and that KFC might also mean Kuwait Fried Chicken.
lmao I know… but since then even I noticed not a single place has it as anything except ‘KFC’.
It’s been rebranded as KFC all over the world not just Kuwait.
One theory of the name change worldwide is because in some countries, they can’t legally call it “chicken” since it’s genetically modified organisms that they use.
The other theory, which sounds more believable, is because the word “fried” has a negative connotation to it.
