Side Note – still can’t understand why people take videos holding their DAMN phone upright!!
Thankfully they were just shoes and a backpack, that tape did nothing btw, the box was barely solid material lol
and i made them deliver my TV, no wonder why it was broken.

Switched to MyUs two years ago and never looked back.
However, I still use Aramex rarely if I need something from the UK or East Asia.
+0.5 I would never switch to Aramex after MyUS. From the UK I use Amazon direct!

That’s so odd, I’ve never received a badly damaged package by them. Then again I haven’t been here in two years, so maybe they’ve gone downhill?
Regardless, if that’s how they treat customer packages then I’m undoubtedly cancelling my account with them.
My question is: Where the hell is the supervisor?
I am still waiting on them to get back about my package which was lost in a fire a few weeks back.
